Kevin Toshio Ching (TH staff: prose) has an MA in English from California State University, Hayward. His story "The Prettiest Girl I Ever Saw" won the 2002 New York Stories fiction contest, and appeared in the Spring 2003 issue. He is also winner of the 2002 R.V. Williams fiction award at CSUH. Kevin has been involved with Tattoo Highway since TH/5.
